Compass Development is a developer of the office center project in Odessa. The owner and investor is Incom-Invest Ltd. Oleksiy Karnaukh architectural studio became  the general projecting company as the tender winner.

On February 7, 2008 the contract with the general contractor “Bumerang+” Company  was signed. The construction started on June 17, 2008.
