Igor Guryev
General Director

Mr. Igor Guryev has occupied the position of the General Director since April, 2010. During last three years he occupied the position of director of commercial real estate department at Compass Development.
He was born in Kharkiv in 1975. In 1998 Igor graduated from  National technical university “Kharkov Polytechnic Institute”, specialization of Organization management.
Mr. Guryev obtained a vast experience working for Ukrainian and western production companies. He started his career in 2000 as Chief Accountant at JV Neokron, where he was later promoted to the position of Executive Director. In 2003-2006, before joining Compass Development, Igor was the director of Lux-X, producer of adhesives.
He is married, brings up a daughter.

Denys Klychov
CFO

Denys Klychov has occupied  the position of CFO, Ñompass Development, since May 2010. During last two years he occupied the position of Specialist of Department of Financial Planning and Analysis at the company.
Denys was born in Kyiv in 1983. In 2005 he graduated from Kyiv state university of trade and economics, specialty of Accounting and audit, specialization of State financial control.
Mr. Klychov has gained great experience at national and foreign companies that operates in various industries.
He began his career in 2004 as the International Accounting Manager at  Industrial and Distributive Systems, where he later occupied the position of Treasury Analyst. Since 2006 Mr. Klychov worked as the Economist at HERBOVITAL 2 S.R.L and one year later he transferred to the construction foreign capital company as CFO.
 

Oksana Mischenko (Chukhrii)
Marketing Director

Oksana Mischenko has occupied the position of marketing director at Compass Development from January 2007.
She was born in Kirovorrad in 1975. In 1998 Ms. Chukhrii graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine “KPI” (specialization Industrial Marketing). In 2008 she completed studies on program “Finance and Accounting PMD”, MIM-Kyiv. Now she studies at Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
Mrs. Mischenko started her career at Incom as a specialist of international purchases department, later on she led the direction of cooperation with international partners developing and realizing different joint marketing programs and actions. From 2004 she was head of marketing department at Incom Corporation. Last years Oksana Mischenko worked as loyalty manager for Kyivstar, developing loyalty programs for large corporate clients and taking part in creating and realizing strategies for business unit of large accounts segment.
She's married.

Ruslan Zarutskyi
Residential Real Estate, Department Director

Ruslan Zarutskyi has occupied the position of director of residential real estate department at Compass Development from April, 2008. Heretofore he worked as a project manager at the company.

He was born in Kharkiv in 1979. In 2001 Mr. Zarutskyi graduated from Yaroslav Mudriy National Academy of Law and in 2008 he got the second higher degree at Kiev University of Market Relations, Kiev high banking school faculty.
Occupying different leading positions Mr. Ruslan Zarutskyi has got a huge experience of work in commercial institutions that specialize in transport operations, sale and service and are the structural parts of AIS Corporation. During last two year he worked for Inter Auto Ltd. as the head of bank cooperation department and also as the director of Auto Holding Ltd. that are the largest vehicle importers in Ukraine.
He’s unmarried.

Grygoriy Davydov
Head of the Capital Construction Department

Mr. Davydov headed the capital construction department of Compass Development in August, 2007.

He was born in Kyiv in 1949. In 1972 he graduated from Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture, where started his career as the lead engineer, post-graduate. In 1976 Grygoriy got the degree of Doctor of Science (Engineering).  
Mr. Davydov has a huge experience in different real estate object construction, from residential real estate to military objects.
During 18 years Mr. Davidov was working as a Chief Engineer in the Construction administration of Kyiv military Command. From 1996 he occupied different leading positions at such companies as Adonis-K, VAT; Altex VAT; OLGas; OLBudimplex, VAT; Zhytnyak, ZAT; Art Master VAT.
From 2004 to 2005 being the Deputy Manager at A&T Company (residential real estate “Diplomat Hall”) he was responsible for concluding of supply agreements, contractor’s agreements and organization of engineering supervision.
From 2005 Mr. Davydov occupied the position of the Head of the Board of Directors at Ukrainian financial company, ZAT.
He’s married, has a daughter and a granddaughter.
