The office center, Lviv, is a modern business center that is located in the historical center of the city, near the prominent monuments of architecture, among of which St. Anna Church is.
The office center is notable for its harmonious combination of the classicism and post-modernism architectural styles.

There are spacious open space office areas that can be easily divided according to tenants’ requirements. The dimensional & planning concept makes it possible to use the building as a bank institution.   The office center will be supplied with engineer systems according to the international standards.

Development stage: disassembling is fulfilled.

On May, 30th, 2008 the approval for the design and construction of the administrative building at 9 Knyaz’ Svyatoslav Sq. was given by Lviv City Council.

In August, 2008 the disassembling, temporary relocation of the engineer networks and the engineer preparation of the territory were started. Agroindustrial Group Company was chosen for these works implementation.
